What we collect

Only what you send us: name, work email, company name, quantity band, project notes and any files you attach through the quote form or chat widget. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data.

How we use it

To prepare quotations, answer enquiries and progress your program. Files you upload (tech packs, drawings) are stored in access-controlled cloud storage and treated as confidential commercial information.

NDA by default

Submissions are handled under mutual non-disclosure by default: your designs, quantities and target prices are never shared with third parties except where legally required.

Retention & contact

Enquiry data is retained while a business relationship is active or as required by trade regulations. To request deletion, email [email protected] with your company name.
