Stage 5 — How do you prove quality before 8,000 units ship?
The answer is statistical, not hopeful: AQL sampling under ISO 2859-1 tables, with bag-standard settings of Critical 0 / Major 2.5 / Minor 4.0 — roughly a 2.5% worst-tolerable major-defect rate, sampled proportionally to lot size.
